The Observer Translation Project

The Observer Translation Project introduces a new Italian site, www.CulturaRomena.it . The site is the result of a collaboration between Dacia Association from Livorno and the Italo-Romanian Cultural Center with the support of  Governmental Strategies Agency in Bucharest. The editorial board includes Ingrid Beatrice Coman, Diana Pavel Cassese, Maria Floare Pop, Violeta P. Popescu. OTP translator Anita Bernachia numbers among the contributors who include Iuliana Anghel, Ana Maria Panait, Gabriella Molcsan, as well as Cristina Nichitean, Cristina Molnar, Anca Marinescu, Alexandra Malina Hating, Sabrina Arpini, Codrina Sandru. The site announces Romanian cultural events in the Italian space. As part of its mission CulturaRomena.it announces Romanian/Italian publishing events. In this context, On January 6, Diana Pavel Cassese published an article on Norman Manes which includes a short biography as well as a list of Mr. Manea’s books published in Italy: Il libro del figlio (1986); Gli anni di apprendistato del povero Augusto (1979), Di contorno (1984), Clown.
